About Me.

My name's Jacob Ferla and I've been a personal trainer now for the past 12 years. I first started getting into my own training 15 years ago and have had a love for it ever since. My passion grew for personal training when I saw how much of a positive influence the gym was to my life and I could see how much I could help others in their own lives. I'm also a GP exercise referral specialist and a member of the Football Association Medical Society.

1-1 Personal Training

Whether you are new to lifting weights, an avid lifter or a professional athlete, 1-1 sessions with myself allow me to help you reach new levels in your strength development, cardiovascular fitness, aesthetics and overall athletic performance.

This is the most comprehensive service I offer, where you are personally guided by me every step of the way, with unlimited correspondence available via WhatsApp alongside your in person 1hr sessions.

Upon joining, you will complete an application form, detailing your goals, your personal experience with lifting weights, and all of the relevant information necessary for me to personally design your training program for you. From here, you will have direct contact with myself, and we can arrange a time to meet for a free consultation at the studio where we can talk more in depth and create a plan of action, booking your first session and getting you started.
