WHAT'S INCLUDED

INFO PACK

Thank you for your interest in being apart of Ferlafitness Online Coaching. Below I have included all the information you need to gain a further understanding regarding how this coaching process will work and how to get started. If you have any further questions following this document, please don't hesitate to ask away.

NUTRITION

All clients will receive a full recipe pack with full macronutrient breakdowns for each meal and complete macronutrient and caloric goals. The goal of your nutrition on this plan is to hit your calorie/macronutrient targets, improve your overall health, maximise performance in the gym and improve body composition.

TRAINING 

All clients receive a fully tailored training plan based around your goals and what equipment you have access to at the gym you train at or at home. Whether your goal is to improve body composition by building new muscle tissue, dropping body-fat or is sports specific, the exercises listed in your plan are there to help you progress with achieving those goals. There will be an emphasis on lagging body parts you wish to improve upon.

CHECK-INS

 

Check-Ins are done on a weekly basis unless specified otherwise. Check-ins are an opportunity for you, the client, to speak up and communicate how you are finding the process and it is super important you relay any information regarding your own progress back to me. Upon starting, a day will be organised for you to check-in. You will receive a link that will lead you to your google sheets files where you can find your training plan, track progress photos, daily accountability, your nutrition recipe pack, and also is a platform to message me on throughout the week. Each check-in, you will be required to attach check-in photos or videos in natural lighting, first thing upon wake, and send over your google sheets documents of your training log and other weekly information. This will be our main form of communication each week ensuring everything is going well for you, were making progress and you're enjoying the process. Failing to complete your check-in will mean that I am unable to give you feedback, and we're unable to progress your results.

CHECK-IN RESPONSES

 

Following you submitting your weekly check-in, this will be replied to as soon as possible. Check-ins are replied to that same day you have submitted your check-in if submitted in the AM. Each client receives video feedback as their check-in response. This includes you receiving a breakdown of any updates that may be made for the following week, breaking down last week's progress, and focusing on areas we can improve on moving forward to ensure this process is as progressive, positive, and enjoyable as it can be. 

COMMUNICATION 

Alongside weekly check-ins, I am available on The Training App 7 days a week for your general questions or concerns you may be having regarding your plan. It's super important to ask any questions you have throughout this process. The clearer things are for you, the more enjoyable and progressive this entire process will be. This ensures we're on the same page at all times and you're happy with your setup and we can continue taking steps forward in progress.

MONTHLY CALLS 

Each month there is the option for either a video call or a regular call if you wish. The purpose of this call will be a general catch up, review how the past month has gone for you, see if there areas we can improve upon moving forward and make sure you're happy with your setup. 

PRICING

 

Ferlafitness Online Coaching payments are on a monthly basis. Once you sign up the payments will be recurring until specified that you wish to cancel. The date will be the same for your payment each month. The monthly cost is £119.99 each month. I strongly advise sticking with this coaching process for a minimum of 3 months although this is not obligatory. The longer time frame we have together, the better your progress will be. This process will be as educational as it will be progressive. I want you to be in a position when this coaching process is done, that you can successfully manage both your training and nutrition effectively on your own. With a sufficient amount of time working together, not only will you be knowledgeable enough to effectively manage your progress, but you will also have much better habits and foundations built for you to continue taking steps forward in terms of progress, be able to enjoy social outings without it hindering your progress or associating guilt or negative, restrictive feelings towards these occasions. 

PAYMENT METHOD 

Below I have attached a link to a Pre-application form. Once the form is complete, you'll be sent the payment page and then your client questionnaire, with this information I'll be able to write up the best plan for your individual goals and needs. Your plan will be completed and with you within the following 1-2 business days. From here, you can decide when you would like to start, we can organise a day for you to check-in and we can get the ball rolling. I am super excited to start working with you!
